HRH Prince Gharios El Chemor meets Crown Prince of Italy

This weekend the Prince of Ghassan met HRH Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy, the Crown Prince of Italy. The Italian Prince is the only son of HRH Prince Vittorio Emanuele, the Duke of Savoy and head of the Royal House of Savoy.
Prince Gharios was especially invited to the “Ballo di Savoia“, a series of events in New York which started last Friday with a reception at the Lotos Club. Saturday morning, Prince Gharios has participated of the investiture mass of the Chivalric Orders of the Royal House of Savoy at the Saint Jean Baptiste Church, being part of the procession wearing his cloak of as Knight Commander of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem.
Saturday evening, the gala event at the prestigious Metropolitan Club, facing the Plaza Hotel and the Central Park. It was a great opportunity to establish friendship between the Houses of Savoy and Ghassan and to meet old and new friends.
The “Ballo di Savoia” is promoted every year by the Foundation of the Savoy orders, lead by their excellencies Carl Morelli and Joseph Sciame, nothing but gracious and impeccable hosts. The Foundation is accredited by the United Nations ECOSOC as the Royal House of Ghassan.
